एवं सा परमा दुष्टा होका तमोङ्गा तु प्रकीर्तिता / जीववर्गेष्वेव खग ब्रह्मादेर्नास्ति सा क्वचित्

ഇങ്ങനെ ആ പരമ ദുഷ്ട ലോകം ‘തമോംഗാ’ എന്നു പ്രസിദ്ധമാണ്. ഹേ ഖഗ (ഗരുഡാ)! അത് ജീവവർഗങ്ങളിലേ ഉള്ളൂ; ബ്രഹ്മാദി ദേവന്മാരിൽ അത് എവിടെയും ഇല്ല.
