agnirūpāṃstathaivānyānnamasyāmi pitṝnaham / agnisomamayaṃ viśvaṃ yata etadaśeṣataḥ

Translation

അഗ്നിരൂപമായ പിതൃകളെയും, മറ്റ് പിതൃകളെയും ഞാൻ നമസ്കരിക്കുന്നു. കാരണം ഈ സമസ്ത വിശ്വം അവശേഷമില്ലാതെ അഗ്നി–സോമമയമാണ്।
