എവിടെയോ ഭൂമിയിലെ ഒരു പ്രദേശത്ത് വിശിഷ്ടനായ സൂകരരാജൻ ജനിക്കുന്നു. അവന്റെ ത്വക്കിന്റെ ശോഭ ആലിക്കല്ലുകളുടെ നിറ-ദീപ്തിയോട് സമമാണെന്ന് പറയുന്നു; കൂടാതെ ത്വക്കിന്റെ കഠിനസാരവും കുരുക്കുകളും നിന്നാണ് അവൻ ജനിച്ചതെന്ന് വിവരണം.
