സകല വർണങ്ങളുടെയും മേൽ രാജാവിന് അധിപത്യമായതിനാൽ, ഗുണവാനായ രാജാവ് തന്റെ ഇഷ്ടപ്രകാരം എല്ലാ വർണങ്ങൾക്കും പൊതുവായ ലക്ഷണങ്ങളും കർത്തവ്യങ്ങളും ധരിക്കാം; എന്നാൽ മറ്റാരും എങ്ങനെയും മറ്റവർണത്തിന്റെ ചിഹ്ന-കർമ്മങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കരുത്.
