अनन्ताशृङ्गवेरस्य सूक्ष्मचूर्णानि कारयेत् / गुग्गुलं गुडतुल्यं च गुटिकामुपयुज्यच / वायुः स्नायुगतं चैव अग्निमान्द्यं च नाशयेत्

അനന്തയും ശൃംഗവേരവും സൂക്ഷ്മചൂർണ്ണമാക്കി, ഗുഡത്തിന് തുല്യമായ അളവിൽ ഗുഗ്ഗുലു ചേർത്ത് ഗുടിക (ഗുളിക) ആക്കി സേവിക്കണം. ഇത് സ്നായുഗത വാതവും അഗ്നിമാന്ദ്യവും (ജീർണാഗ്നിയുടെ മന്ദത) നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
