ചർമ്മകീലം, ജരുമണി, കൊതുകുകടിയാൽ വരുന്ന വീക്കം, എള്ളുപോലെയുള്ള കറുത്ത പാടുകൾ—ഇവയെ ശസ്ത്രംകൊണ്ട് മുറിച്ച് നീക്കി, ക്ഷാരവും അഗ്നിയുംകൊണ്ട് പൂർണ്ണമായി ദഹിപ്പിക്കണം.
