दोषघ्नं पद्मपत्रञ्च त्रिपुटं वातकृत्परम् / सक्षारः सर्वदोषघ्नो वास्तुको रोचनः परः

doṣaghnaṃ padmapatrañca tripuṭaṃ vātakṛtparam / sakṣāraḥ sarvadoṣaghno vāstuko rocanaḥ paraḥ

പദ്മപത്രം ദോഷഹരമെന്ന് പറയുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ത്രിപുടം വാതത്തെ അത്യന്തമായി വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. സക്ഷാരം സർവദോഷഹരമാണ്; വാസ്തുകം രുചിയും വിശപ്പും വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠം.
