ദാനം, ദാതാവ്, ധർമ്മകർമ്മകർത്താവ്—ദേവദേവനു പ്രിയനും ശുചിയുമാകുന്നു. ശുചിമാൻ സുഖം നൽകുന്നു; അതിൽ നിന്നു മോക്ഷം, കാമം, അർത്ഥം—സഹസ്രഗുണ ഫലമായി ലഭിക്കുന്നു.
