രാക്ഷസിമാരുടെ ഭർത്സനവും “എന്റെ ഭാര്യയാകുക” എന്നു ആവർത്തിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞ രാക്ഷസൻ രാവണന്റെ പീഡനവും സഹിച്ചിട്ടും സീത നിരന്തരം രാഘവൻ ശ്രീരാമനെയേ ധ്യാനിച്ചു।
