Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
Type: dvīpa (island/region)
Related Themes: Garuda Purana 1.138.35-38 (continuation of the same vaṁśa list)
This verse preserves a lineage chain, a common Purāṇic method to connect sacred history, royal dynasties, and dharmic continuity across generations.
It does not directly describe the soul’s post-death journey; instead, it focuses on earthly succession and ancestry, which frames dharma through inherited responsibility and reputation.
Treat family lineage as a call to uphold dharma—maintain ethical conduct so one’s “line” is remembered for virtue rather than harm.
