ലവംഗാദി സുഗന്ധദ്രവ്യങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം അഗുരുവും ദന്തകാഷ്ഠവും എടുത്ത് ശാസ്ത്രവിധിപ്രകാരം വ്രതാചരണം ചെയ്ത്, അപാമാർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ തണ്ടുകളാൽ വിധിപൂർവ്വം യജിക്കണം.
