स तं विरजमर्काभं सितपद्मोत्पलस्रजम् । स्‍निग्धनीलालकव्रातवक्त्राब्जं विरजोऽम्बरम् ॥ ९ ॥

sa taṁ virajam arkābhaṁ sita-padmotpala-srajam snigdha-nīlālaka-vrāta- vaktrābjaṁ virajo ’mbaram

Translation

കർദമമുനി ആ പരമേശ്വരനെ കണ്ടു—മലിനതയറ്റവൻ, സൂര്യനെപ്പോലെ ദീപ്തിമാൻ, വെളുത്ത താമരയും ഉത്പലവും ചേർന്ന മാല ധരിച്ചവൻ. മിനുസമുള്ള നീലനിറമുള്ള ചുരുള്‍മുടികൾ അവന്റെ താമരമുഖത്തെ അലങ്കരിച്ചു; അവൻ നിർമല പീതാംബരം ധരിച്ചു.
