Kali-yuga’s Degradation, the Advent of Kalki, and the Reset of the Yuga Cycle
तेजोऽबन्नमयं कायं गृहीत्वात्मतयाबुधा: । महीं ममतया चोभौ हित्वान्तेऽदर्शनं गता: ॥ ४३ ॥
tejo-’b-anna-mayaṁ kāyaṁ gṛhītvātmatayābudhāḥ mahīṁ mamatayā cobhau hitvānte ’darśanaṁ gatāḥ
മൂഢർ ഭൂമി, ജലം, അഗ്നി എന്നിവകൊണ്ട് നിർമ്മിതമായ ഈ ശരീരത്തെ “ഞാൻ” എന്നും ഈ ഭൂമിയെ “എന്റെത്” എന്നും കരുതുന്നു; എന്നാൽ അവസാനം ശരീരവും ഭൂമിയും രണ്ടും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച് അദൃശ്യമാകുന്നു.
Although the soul is eternal, our so-called family tradition and earthly fame will certainly pass into oblivion.
