सभाजितो भगवता कृतासनपरिग्रह: । तस्मै तद् वर्णयामास नारायणमुखाच्छ्रुतम् ॥ ४८ ॥

Transliteration

sabhājito bhagavatā kṛtāsana-parigrahaḥ tasmai tad varṇayām āsa nārāyaṇa-mukhāc chrutam

Translation

ഭഗവാന്റെ അവതാരമായ വ്യാസദേവൻ നാരദമുനിയെ ആദരത്തോടെ സ്വീകരിച്ച് ഇരിപ്പിടം നൽകി; നാരദൻ അത് സ്വീകരിച്ചു. തുടർന്ന് ശ്രീനാരായണ ഋഷിയുടെ മുഖത്തിൽ നിന്നു കേട്ടതു വ്യാസനോട് വിവരിച്ചു।
