Arjuna Marries Subhadrā; Kṛṣṇa Honors Two Devotees in Mithilā (Śrutadeva and Bahulāśva)

दुष्प्रज्ञा अविदित्वैवमवजानन्त्यसूयव: । गुरुं मां विप्रमात्मानमर्चादाविज्यद‍ृष्टय: ॥ ५५ ॥

duṣprajñā aviditvaivam avajānanty asūyavaḥ guruṁ māṁ vipram ātmānam arcādāv ijya-dṛṣṭayaḥ

ഈ സത്യം അറിയാതെ ദുഷ്പ്രജ്ഞരും അസൂയയുള്ളവരും, എന്നിൽ നിന്ന് ഭിന്നനല്ലാത്ത—തങ്ങളുടെ ഗുരുവും തങ്ങളുടെ ആത്മാവുമായ—പണ്ഡിത ബ്രാഹ്മണനെ അവഗണിച്ച് വൈരത്തോടെ അപരാധം ചെയ്യുന്നു. അവർ എന്റെ അർച്ചാമൂർത്തി പോലെയുള്ള പ്രത്യക്ഷ ദൈവപ്രകടനങ്ങളെയേ പൂജ്യമായി കരുതുന്നു.
