तस्माद् ब्रह्मकुलं ब्रह्मन् शास्‍त्रयोनेस्त्वमात्मन: । सभाजयसि सद्धाम तद् ब्रह्मण्याग्रणीर्भवान् ॥ २० ॥

Transliteration

tasmād brahma-kulaṁ brahman śāstra-yones tvam ātmanaḥ sabhājayasi sad dhāma tad brahmaṇyāgraṇīr bhavān

Translation

അതുകൊണ്ട്, ഹേ പരബ്രഹ്മാ! ശാസ്ത്രപ്രമാണത്തിലൂടെ നിങ്ങളെ ആത്മരൂപമായി അറിയാനുള്ള ശ്രേഷ്ഠ മാർഗ്ഗം ബ്രാഹ്മണകുലമാണെന്നതിനാൽ നിങ്ങൾ അവരെ ആദരിക്കുന്നു. അതിനാലാണ് നിങ്ങൾ ബ്രാഹ്മണാരാധകരിൽ അഗ്രഗണ്യൻ.
