सा च तं सुन्दरवरं विलोक्य मुदितानना । दुष्प्रेक्ष्ये स्वगृहे पुम्भी रेमे प्राद्युम्निना समम् ॥ २२ ॥
sā ca taṁ sundara-varaṁ vilokya muditānanā duṣprekṣye sva-gṛhe pumbhī reme prādyumninā samam
ഊഷ ആ അതിസുന്ദരനായ പുരുഷനെ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ സന്തോഷത്തിൽ മുഖം പ്രകാശിച്ചു. പുരുഷന്മാർക്ക് കാണുവാനും വിലക്കുള്ള തന്റെ അന്തഃപുരത്തിൽ അവൾ പ്രദ്യുമ്നന്റെ പുത്രൻ അനിരുദ്ധനോടൊപ്പം രമിച്ചു.
