Kṛṣṇa Visits Indraprastha; Kuntī’s Remembrance; Kālindī and Further Marriages
śrī-śuka uvāca ekadā pāṇḍavān draṣṭuṁ pratītān puruṣottamaḥ indraprasthaṁ gataḥ śṛīmān yuyudhānādibhir vṛtaḥ
Almost everyone except Lord Kṛṣṇa and Lord Balarāma had thought the Pāṇḍavas perished in the fire set by Duryodhana in the house of lac. Now the Pāṇḍavas had appeared again in public, and Kṛṣṇa was paying them a visit.
This verse states that Krishna went to Indraprastha out of affectionate desire to see the Pāṇḍavas, highlighting His personal care for His devotees.
Yuyudhāna is Sātyaki, a prominent Yādava warrior and devoted associate of Krishna, here described as accompanying the Lord.
The verse teaches that sincere devotion draws the Lord’s attention—God is not distant; He reciprocates with loving relationships and support for those devoted to dharma.
