Rukmiṇī-haraṇa Prelude
तं वै विदर्भाधिपति: समभ्येत्याभिपूज्य च । निवेशयामास मुदा कल्पितान्यनिवेशने ॥ १६ ॥
taṁ vai vidarbhādhipatiḥ samabhyetyābhipūjya ca niveśayām āsa mudā kalpitānya-niveśane
വിദർഭാധിപനായ ഭീഷ്മകൻ നഗരത്തിന് പുറത്തേക്ക് വന്ന് രാജാവ് ദമഘോഷനെ കണ്ടുമുട്ടി ആദരിച്ചു; തുടർന്ന് ഈ അവസരത്തിനായി ഒരുക്കിയ പ്രത്യേക വസതിയിൽ സന്തോഷത്തോടെ താമസിപ്പിച്ചു।
