तं निर्गतं समासाद्य नानोपायनपाणय: । नन्दादयोऽनुरागेण प्रावोचन्नश्रुलोचना: ॥ ६५ ॥

Transliteration

taṁ nirgataṁ samāsādya nānopāyana-pāṇayaḥ nandādayo ’nurāgeṇa prāvocann aśru-locanāḥ

Translation

ഉദ്ധവൻ പുറപ്പെടാൻ ഒരുങ്ങുമ്പോൾ നന്ദാദികൾ സ്നേഹത്തോടെ പലവിധ ഉപഹാരങ്ങൾ കൈയിൽ എടുത്ത് അദ്ദേഹത്തെ സമീപിച്ചു. കണ്ണുനീർ നിറഞ്ഞ കണ്ണുകളോടെ അവർ ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞു.
