FAQs

This verse says Kṛṣṇa’s lotus feet are worshiped by Lakṣmī and Brahmā and sought by great yogīs, yet they were intimately placed on the gopīs’ breasts in the rāsa dance—showing the supreme privilege of pure bhakti.

Because the gopīs’ love is utterly selfless and exclusive to Kṛṣṇa; the Bhāgavatam highlights that such prema-bhakti grants the Lord’s closest intimacy beyond what is attained by position, austerity, or yogic power.

Transform longing and emotional pain into remembrance of God—through nāma-japa, hearing Kṛṣṇa-kathā, and sincere prayer—so the heart’s “tāpa” becomes a force that deepens devotion rather than despair.
