यावन्त्यहानि नन्दस्य व्रजेऽवात्सीत् स उद्धव: । व्रजौकसां क्षणप्रायाण्यासन् कृष्णस्य वार्तया ॥ ५५ ॥

yāvanty ahāni nandasya vraje ’vātsīt sa uddhavaḥ vrajaukasāṁ kṣaṇa-prāyāṇy āsan kṛṣṇasya vārtayā

Translation

നന്ദന്റെ വ്രജത്തിൽ ഉദ്ധവൻ താമസിച്ച എല്ലാ ദിവസങ്ങളും വ്രജവാസികൾക്ക് ഒരു ക്ഷണംപോലെ തോന്നി; കാരണം ഉദ്ധവൻ എപ്പോഴും ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണവാർത്തകളെക്കുറിച്ചായിരുന്നു സംസാരിച്ചത്.
