पतितस्य पदाक्रम्य मृगेन्द्र इव लीलया । दन्तमुत्पाट्य तेनेभं हस्तिपांश्चाहनद्धरि: ॥ १४ ॥

patitasya padākramya mṛgendra iva līlayā dantam utpāṭya tenebhaṁ hastipāṁś cāhanad dhariḥ

Translation

അപ്പോൾ ശ്രീഹരി സിംഹത്തെപ്പോലെ ലീലാഭാവത്തിൽ ആ ആനയുടെ മേൽ കയറി, അതിന്റെ ഒരു ദന്തം പിഴുതെടുത്തു; അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ആ ആനയെയും അതിന്റെ കാവൽക്കാരെയും വധിച്ചു।
