विसृज्य माध्व्या वाण्या ताम्व्रजन् मार्गे वणिक्पथै: । नानोपायनताम्बूलस्रग्गन्धै: साग्रजोऽर्चित: ॥ १३ ॥

Transliteration

visṛjya mādhvyā vāṇyā tām vrajan mārge vaṇik-pathaiḥ nānopāyana-tāmbūla- srag-gandhaiḥ sāgrajo ’rcitaḥ

Translation

ആ മധുരവാക്കുകളാൽ അവളെ വിട്ട് ഭഗവാൻ കൃഷ്ണൻ വഴിയിലൂടെ മുന്നോട്ട് നടന്നു. വഴിയിൽ വ്യാപാരികൾ പാൻ, മാലകൾ, സുഗന്ധദ്രവ്യങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയ പലവിധ ഉപഹാരങ്ങളാൽ അവനെയും അവന്റെ അഗ്രജൻ ബലരാമനെയും ആരാധിച്ചു.
