मयपुत्रो महामायो व्योमो गोपालवेषधृक् । मेषायितानपोवाह प्रायश्चोरायितो बहून् ॥ २८ ॥
maya-putro mahā-māyo vyomo gopāla-veṣa-dhṛk meṣāyitān apovāha prāyaś corāyito bahūn
അപ്പോൾ അസുരൻ മായയുടെ പുത്രനായ മഹാമായാവി വ്യോമൻ ഇടയബാലന്റെ വേഷം ധരിച്ചു വന്നു. കള്ളനായി നടിച്ച് കളിയിൽ ചേർന്ന് ആടുകളായി അഭിനയിച്ച പല ഗോപബാലകരെയും കവർന്നു കൊണ്ടുപോയി।
