उत्थातव्यमितोऽस्माभिर्गोकुलस्य हितैषिभि: । आयान्त्यत्र महोत्पाता बालानां नाशहेतव: ॥ २३ ॥
utthātavyam ito ’smābhir gokulasya hitaiṣibhiḥ āyānty atra mahotpātā bālānāṁ nāśa-hetavaḥ
അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ഗോപസുഹൃത്തുക്കളേ! ഗോകുലത്തിന്റെ ഹിതം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന നാം ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് പുറപ്പെട്ടു മറ്റിടത്തേക്ക് പോകണം; കാരണം ഇവിടെ കുട്ടികളുടെ നാശത്തിന് കാരണമാകുന്ന മഹാ ഉപദ്രവങ്ങൾ നിരന്തരം സംഭവിക്കുന്നു।
