Matsya-avatāra: The Lord as Fish Saves the Vedas and Guides Satyavrata

निबध्य नावं तच्छृङ्गे यथोक्तो हरिणा पुरा । वरत्रेणाहिना तुष्टस्तुष्टाव मधुसूदनम् ॥ ४५ ॥

മുമ്പ് ഹരി കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ രാജാവ് വള്ളം ആ മത്സ്യത്തിന്റെ ശൃംഗത്തിൽ കെട്ടി; വാസുകി സർപ്പത്തെ കയറാക്കി ബന്ധിച്ചു. സന്തുഷ്ടനായി അദ്ദേഹം മധുസൂദനനെ സ്തുതിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി.
