ध्यायन् भगवदादेशं दद‍ृशे नावमागताम् । तामारुरोह विप्रेन्द्रैरादायौषधिवीरुध: ॥ ४२ ॥

Transliteration

dhyāyan bhagavad-ādeśaṁ dadṛśe nāvam āgatām tām āruroha viprendrair ādāyauṣadhi-vīrudhaḥ

Translation

ഭഗവാന്റെ ആജ്ഞയെ സ്മരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കെ സത്യവ്രതൻ അടുത്തേക്ക് വരുന്ന ഒരു വള്ളം കണ്ടു. അപ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹം ഔഷധസസ്യങ്ങളും വള്ളിച്ചെടികളും ശേഖരിച്ചു, ശ്രേഷ്ഠ ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാരോടൊപ്പം വള്ളത്തിൽ കയറി.
