ye ’vaśiṣṭā raṇe tasmin nāradānumatena te baliṁ vipannam ādāya astaṁ girim upāgaman

Translation

നാരദ മുനിയുടെ ആജ്ഞപ്രകാരം ആ യുദ്ധഭൂമിയിൽ ശേഷിച്ച ദാനവർ, ദുരവസ്ഥയിലായിരുന്ന ബലി മഹാരാജാവിനെ കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ട് അസ്തഗിരി എന്ന മലത്തിലേക്ക് പോയി।
