यद्यदाचरति श्रेष्ठस्तत्तदेवेतरो जनः । स यत्प्रमाणं कुरुते लोकस्तदनुवर्तते ॥ ३.२१ ॥
Transliteration
yad yad ācarati śreṣṭhas tat tad evetaro janaḥ | sa yat pramāṇaṁ kurute lokas tad anuvartate || 3.21 ||
Translation
ശ്രേഷ്ഠന് (മുന്നണി വ്യക്തി) എന്തെല്ലാം ആചരിക്കുന്നുവോ, അതുതന്നെ മറ്റുള്ളവര് ആചരിക്കുന്നു. അവന് ഏത് മാനദണ്ഡം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നുവോ, ലോകം അതിനെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നു.
