मघोनः स्म वृत्रहत्येषु चोदय ये ददति प्रिया वसु तव प्रणीती हर्यश्व सूरिभिर्विश्वा तरेम दुरिता
Do thou, surely, O Maghavan, animate (us) in the conflicts wherein Vṛtra is slain; (favour) those who present acceptable wealth: by thy guidance, O Haryaśva, may we, with liberal patrons, surmount all calamities.

यावित्था श्लोकमा दिवो ज्योतिर्जनाय चक्रथुः आ न ऊर्जं वहतमश्विना युवम्
Since, in such wise, ye two, worthy of praise, have made the heavenly light for men, do ye, O Aśvins, bring unto us nourishment and vigour.
That sacrifice and sung praise strengthen Indra, enabling cosmic stability and victory, and that his guidance helps the sacrificer cross all dangers and obstacles to the rite’s fruit.
