दूत्यम् / Hanuman’s Mediation and Lakshmana’s Appeal to Sugriva
ततः परमसंहृष्टो हनुमान् प्लवगर्षभः।प्रत्युवाच ततो वाक्यं रामं वाक्यविशारदः।।
tataḥ paramasaṃhṛṣṭo hanumān plavagarṣabhaḥ | pratyuvāca tato vākyaṃ rāmaṃ vākyaviśāradaḥ ||
ແລ້ວຫນຸມານ—ຜູ້ປະເສີດດັ່ງພະຍາວານອນ ແລະຊໍານານໃນວາຈາ—ມີຄວາມປິຕິຍິນດີຢ່າງຍິ່ງ ແລະໄດ້ທູນຕອບພຣະຣາມດ້ວຍຖ້ອຍຄໍາອັນຄວນຄ່າ.
Hanuman, the best of the monkeys, learned in conversation, felt extremely happy and enquired from Rama:
Dharma is shown through proper, purposeful speech: the wise messenger responds with clarity and goodwill when duty calls.
The narration marks Hanumān’s joy and introduces his spoken reply to Rāma.
Hanumān’s readiness and competence as a speaker and envoy.
