Tārā’s Lament over Vāli
ऋक्षवानरमुख्यास्त्वां बलिनः पर्युपासते।एषां विलपितं कृच्छ्रमङ्गदस्य च शोचतः।।मम चेमा गिरः श्रुत्वा किं त्वं न प्रतिबुध्यसे।
ṛkṣa-vānara-mukhyās tvāṃ balinaḥ paryupāsate | eṣāṃ vilapitaṃ kṛcchram aṅgadasya ca śocataḥ || mama cemā giraḥ śrutvā kiṃ tvaṃ na pratibudhyase |
