नवाङ्गुलप्रमाणेन निष्पन्नेन तथाष्टकम् एतत्स्वाभाविकं तेषां प्रमाणमधिकुर्वताम् //

Transliteration

navāṅgulapramāṇena niṣpannena tathāṣṭakam etatsvābhāvikaṃ teṣāṃ pramāṇamadhikurvatām //

Translation

ເມື່ອກໍານົດມາດຕະວັດເປັນ 9 ອັງກຸລ ແລະກໍານົດຊຸດ 8 (ໜ່ວຍ) ໃຫ້ສອດຄ່ອງກັນເຊັ່ນດຽວກັນ—ນີ້ແມ່ນມາດຕະວັດທໍາມະຊາດ (ມາດຕະຖານ) ສໍາລັບຜູ້ທີ່ເພີ່ມສັດສ່ວນເກີນຈາກມາດຕະຖານພື້ນຖານ.
