वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even in politically charged or hostile settings, dharma requires proper conduct: honouring elders and teachers, and speaking with measured, respectful words.
The narrator describes a character formally greeting Aśvatthāman, Kṛpa, and other respected Kurus, offering salutations with well-chosen speech as part of courtly protocol before further action unfolds.
