युधिष्ठिरस्य अर्जुनप्रेषण-युक्तिवर्णनम् | Yudhiṣṭhira’s Rationale for Sending Arjuna and Request to Dhaumya

इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत वनपववके अन्तर्गत तीर्थयात्रापर्वमें पुलस्त्यतीर्थयात्राविषयक तिरासीवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

tatrākṣayavaṭo nāma triṣu lokeṣu viśrutaḥ | tatra dattaṃ pitṛbhyaḥ tu bhavaty akṣayam ucyate ||

ທີ່ນັ້ນມີ ອັກສະຍະວັດ (Akṣayavaṭa) ຕົ້ນໄມ້ອັນລືຊາໃນສາມໂລກ. ສິ່ງໃດກໍຕາມທີ່ຖວາຍເພື່ອບັນພະບຸລຸດ (pitṛs) ຢູ່ທີ່ນັ້ນ ຖືກກ່າວວ່າເປັນ “ອັກສະຍະ” ຄື ບໍ່ເສື່ອມສູນ—ບຸນບໍ່ຫຼຸດລົງ ແຕ່ດໍາລົງເປັນຜົນທາງວິນຍານອັນຍືນຍາວ. ຂໍ້ຄວາມນີ້ຍ້ຳເຖິງຈັນຍາບັນແຫ່ງການເຄົາລົບບັນພະບຸລຸດ ດ້ວຍການໃຫ້ທານຢ່າງຖືກທຳມະໃນສະຖານທີ່ສັກສິດ ເຊື່ອວ່າ ເຈດຕະນາ ແລະບັນບົດອັນສັກສິດ ຊ່ວຍໃຫ້ຜົນທານມີຄວາມມັ່ນຄົງ ແລະເພີ່ມພູນ.
