विदुरस्य कृष्णं प्रति शमोपदेशः
Vidura’s Counsel to Krishna on the Limits of Peace
तानुवाच महातेजा: कौरवान् मधुसूदन: । सर्वे भवन्तो गच्छन्तु सर्वा मेड5पचिति: कृता,तब महातेजस्वी मधुसूदनने कौरवोंसे कहा--“आप सब लोग अपने घरोंको जाया; आपके द्वारा मेरा सारा सम्मान सम्पन्न हो गया”
tān uvāca mahātejāḥ kauravān madhusūdanaḥ | sarve bhavanto gacchantu sarvā meḍhāpacitiḥ kṛtā ||
ແລ້ວມະທຸສູດະນະ ຜູ້ມີຣັດສະມີສະຫວ່າງໄສ ໄດ້ກ່າວກັບພວກຄູຣະວະວ່າ: “ພວກທ່ານທັງໝົດ ຈົ່ງກັບໄປເຖີດ; ການນັບຖືບູຊາທີ່ຄວນແກ່ຂ້ອຍ ພວກທ່ານໄດ້ກະທຳຄົບຖ້ວນແລ້ວ.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even in tense political negotiations, dharma expresses itself through restraint and proper conduct: acknowledging due honor, concluding formalities cleanly, and avoiding needless escalation in speech.
After being received by the Kaurava side, Kṛṣṇa formally addresses them and signals closure of the reception: he tells them they may depart, since the ceremonial honoring of him has been duly completed.
