Udyoga Parva Adhyaya 133 — A Mother’s Counsel to Saṃjaya
अहं महाकुले जाता हृदाद्ध्रदमिवागता । ईश्वरी सर्वकल्याणी भर्त्रां परमपूजिता,मैं उच्चकुलमें उत्पन्न हो हंसीकी भाँति एक सरोवरसे दूसरे सरोवरमें आयी और इस राज्यकी स्वामिनी, समस्त कल्याणमय साधनोंसे सम्पन्न तथा पतिदेवके परम आदरकी पात्र हुई
ahaṃ mahākule jātā hradād hradam ivāgatā | īśvarī sarvakalyāṇī bhartrāṃ paramapūjitā ||
«ຂ້າເກີດມາໃນຕະກູນສູງສົງ. ເຫມືອນຫົງສາທີ່ຍ້າຍຈາກຫນອງໜຶ່ງໄປອີກຫນອງໜຶ່ງ, ຂ້າໄດ້ມາຮອດທີ່ນີ້. ຂ້າໄດ້ກາຍເປັນນາງເຈົ້າແຫ່ງອານາຈັກນີ້, ພ້ອມດ້ວຍມົງຄຸນອັນດີງາມທຸກປະການ, ແລະເປັນຜູ້ຄວນໄດ້ຮັບການນັບຖືສູງສຸດຈາກສາມີຂອງຂ້າ»។
