न केनचिद् याचितव्य: कश्रित्किज्चिदनापदि । इति व्यवस्था भूतानां पुरस्तान्मनुना कृता
na kenacid yācitavyaḥ kaścit kiñcid anāpadi | iti vyavasthā bhūtānāṃ purastān manunā kṛtā ||
