राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
न यज्ञा: सम्प्रवर्तेयुविधिवत् स्वाप्तदक्षिणा: । न विवाहा: समाजो वा यदि राजा न पालयेत्,यदि राजा जगतकी रक्षा न करे तो विधिवत पर्याप्त दक्षिणाओंसे युक्त यज्ञोंका अनुष्ठान बंद हो जाय, विवाह न हो और सामाजिक कार्य रुक जायँ
na yajñāḥ sampravarteyuḥ vidhivat svāptadakṣiṇāḥ | na vivāhāḥ samājo vā yadi rājā na pālayet ||
ວະສຸມານາ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ຖ້າກະສັດບໍ່ປົກປ້ອງ ແລະ ບໍ່ປົກຄອງ ພິທີບູຊາ (ຍັດຍະ) ທີ່ປະຕິບັດຕາມພິທີການ ແລະ ມີຄ່າບູຊາ (ດັກຊິນາ) ຄົບຖ້ວນ ຈະຢຸດລົງ; ການແຕ່ງງານຈະບໍ່ເກີດ; ແລະ ຊີວິດສັງຄົມອັນເປັນລະບຽບຈະຢຸດຊະງັກ»។
