गणग्रामाभिशस्तानां रड्ढरस्त्रीजीविनां तथा
Transliteration
gaṇagrāmābhiśastānāṁ raḍḍharastrījīvināṁ tathā
Translation
ວະຍາສະກ່າວວ່າ: «ອີກທັງ ຜູ້ທີ່ຖືກປະນາມຕໍ່ໜ້າສາທາລະນະວ່າເປັນພວກແກງຮຸນແຮງ ແລະພວກປົ້ນສະດົມ; ພ້ອມທັງຜູ້ທີ່ດຳລົງຊີວິດໂດຍການຂູດຮີດແມ່ຍິງ—ຄົນເຫຼົ່ານັ້ນກໍຖືກຕຳນິຢ່າງໜັກເຊັ່ນກັນ»។
