अजुन उवाच
The verse links cosmic order and spiritual ascent to Brahman and Vedic sound: Brahmā creates the pristine cosmos, and the gods themselves are said to reach heaven through the brahma-ghoṣa—Vedic recitation—associated with Brāhmaṇas, underscoring the ethical-religious authority of sacred speech and ritual knowledge.
Arjuna, while discussing the topic at hand, cites supporting testimony from the Sanatkumāra-gītā. He quotes verses that praise Brahmā’s primordial creation and emphasize that even the immortals are connected to Brahman and are guided to heaven by Vedic chant.
