ततो निबद्धः स्वां योनिं कर्मणामुदयादिह
tato nibaddhaḥ svāṃ yoniṃ karmaṇām udayād iha

नारद उवाच
That embodied existence is ethically conditioned: the ‘arising’ of past actions (karma) binds a being to a particular yoni (mode of birth and life-situation). This frames moral responsibility across time—choices generate consequences that shape future experience.
Nārada is explaining a principle of karmic determination: as karmic results come into effect, a being becomes constrained within its own destined embodiment and life-condition, and thus experiences worldly rise and manifestation accordingly.
