पुण्यपापेन मानुष्यमधर्मेणाप्यधोगतिम्‌ । केवल पुण्य करनेसे मनुष्य ऊर्ध्वलोकमें गमन करता है

puṇyapāpena mānuṣyam adharmeṇāpy adhogatim |

ຍາຊະນະວັນກະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ໂດຍການປົນປະສົມລະຫວ່າງບຸນ ແລະ ບາບ ສັດຕະວາຈຶ່ງໄດ້ກຳເນີດເປັນມະນຸດ; ແລະໂດຍການປະພຶດອະທຳ—ຍິ່ງແລ້ວ—ຈະຕົກສູ່ພົບພູມຕ່ຳ. ຄຳສອນນີ້ວາງຫຼັກເຫດຜົນທາງສິນທຳ: ບຸນລ້ວນໆຍົກຂຶ້ນ, ການກະທຳປົນປະສົມຜູກໄວ້ໃຫ້ກັບມາເກີດໃນໂລກມະຕະ, ແລະການປະພຶດບາບຢ່າງຕໍ່ເນື່ອງນຳໃຫ້ຕົກຕ່ຳລົງ.
