व्यतिक्रान्तासु वर्षासु समये गमनस्य च । पर्वतो मामुवाचेदं काले वचनमर्थवत्,जब वर्षाके चार महीने बीत गये और हमलोगोंके वहाँसे चलनेका समय आया, तब पर्वतने मुझसे समयोचित एवं सार्थक वचन कहा--
vyatikrāntāsu varṣāsu samaye gamanasya ca | parvato mām uvācedaṃ kāle vacanam arthavat ||
ເມື່ອລະດູຝົນຜ່ານພົ້ນໄປ ແລະເຖິງເວລາທີ່ພວກເຮົາຈະອອກເດີນທາງ ປະຣະວະຕະໄດ້ກ່າວກັບຂ້າພະເຈົ້າ ດ້ວຍຖ້ອຍຄໍາທີ່ຖືກການແລະເຕັມໄປດ້ວຍນັຍສໍາຄັນ—ເປັນດັ່ງການເປີດທາງໃຫ້ຄໍາແນະນໍາອັນສົມຄວນແລະມີປັນຍາພິຈາລະນາ.
