Determination of the Means to Liberation

राजानो लोकयात्रार्थ तप्यन्ते परमं तप: । तेडपत्रपन्ति तादृग्भ्यस्तथावृत्ता भवन्ति च

Transliteration

rājāno lokayātrārthaṁ tapyante paramaṁ tapaḥ | te ḍapatrapanti tādṛgbhyas tathāvṛttā bhavanti ca ||

Translation

ຮຸມັດເສນາ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ບັນດາກະສັດປະພຶດຕະປະສາ (ຕະປະ) ອັນສູງສຸດ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ການດໍາເນີນຂອງໂລກເປັນໄປຢ່າງມີລະບຽບ. ເມື່ອໃນອານາຈັກຂອງຕົນມີໂຈນ ແລະ ຜູ້ປົດປົ່ນ ພວກເຂົາຮູ້ສຶກອາຍ; ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ດ້ວຍຄວາມປາຖະໜາໃຫ້ປະຊາຊົນບໍລິສຸດ ມີຄວາມປະພຶດດີ ແລະ ມີຄວາມສຸກ ຈຶ່ງອຸທິດຕົນໃນການພາກພຽນອັນມີວິໄນນັ້ນ»។
