पापात्म-धर्मात्म-लक्षणम् तथा निर्वेदेन मोक्षमार्गः | Marks of the Sinful and the Righteous; Dispassion (Nirveda) as a Path to Liberation

पाणिबन्ध॑ स्वयं कृत्वा सह धर्ममुपेत्य च । यदा यास्यन्ति पुरुषा: स्त्रियो नार्हन्ति वाच्यताम्‌,“जब स्वयं ही पत्नीका पाणिग्रहण करके साथ-साथ धर्माचरण करनेकी प्रतिज्ञा लेकर भी पुरुष परायी स्त्रियोंक पास जायँगे (और उनपर बलात्कार करेंगे), तब इसके लिये स्त्रियोंको दोषी नहीं ठहराया जा सकता

pāṇibandhaṃ svayaṃ kṛtvā saha dharmam upetya ca | yadā yāsyanti puruṣāḥ striyo nārhanti vācyatām ||

ພີດສະມະກ່າວວ່າ: «ເມື່ອຜູ້ຊາຍໄດ້ເຮັດພິທີແຕ່ງງານດ້ວຍຕົນເອງ—ຈັບມືນາງ—ແລະຮັບປາກວ່າຈະດຳເນີນທາງທຳມະຮ່ວມກັນ ແຕ່ຍັງໄປຫາຍິງອື່ນ ກໍບໍ່ຄວນໂທດ ຫຼືຕຳນິຍິງທັງຫຼາຍເພາະເລື່ອງນັ້ນ».
