एष मार्गो5थ योगानां येन गच्छन्ति तत्पदम् | जितक्लमा: समा धीरा मूर्थन्यात्मानमादधन्
eṣa mārgo 'tha yogānāṁ yena gacchanti tatpadam | jitaklamāḥ samā dhīrā mūrdhany ātmānam ādadhān |

भरद्वाज उवाच
The verse teaches that the highest spiritual attainment is reached through a yogic path marked by conquest of fatigue and affliction, steady equanimity, and firm inner composure, culminating in fixing awareness in the crown of the head as a meditative culmination.
