असंतोषादिदोष-निरूपणम्

On the Faults of Discontent and the Discipline of Detachment

य इमामखिलां भूमिं शिष्यादेको महीपति: । तस्याप्युदरमेकं वै किमिदं त्वं प्रशंससि,जो सम्राट्‌ इस सारी पृथ्वीका अकेला ही शासन करता है, उसके पास भी एक ही पेट होता है; अतः तुम किसलिये इस राज्यकी प्रशंसा करते हो?

ya imām akhilāṁ bhūmiṁ śiṣyād eko mahīpatiḥ | tasyāpy udaram ekaṁ vai kim idaṁ tvaṁ praśaṁsasi ||

ຢຸທິສຖິຣະ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ແມ່ນແຕ່ກະສັດພຽງອົງດຽວປົກຄອງແຜ່ນດິນທັງປວງ, ລາວກໍຍັງມີທ້ອງພຽງໜຶ່ງ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ເຈົ້າຈຶ່ງຍົກຍ້ອງລາຊະອຳນາດແລະການຄອບຄອງ ຮາວກັບວ່າເປັນສິ່ງຍິ່ງໃຫຍ່ ເພາະຫຍັງ?»
