नृशंस-लक्षणनिर्णयः | Determining the Marks of Cruel Conduct
Nṛśaṃsa
न हि बुद्धया सम किंचिद् विद्यते पुरुषे नृप । तथा बलेन राजेन्द्र न समो5स्तीह कक्षन
na hi buddhyā samaṁ kiñcid vidyate puruṣe nṛpa | tathā balena rājendra na samo 'stīha kaścana ||
ພີດສະມະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ໂອ ພະຣາຊາ! ໃນຕົວຄົນ ບໍ່ມີສິ່ງໃດເທົ່າທຽມປັນຍາ. ແລະ ໂອ ພະຣາຊາຜູ້ປະເສີດ! ໃນໂລກນີ້ ບໍ່ມີໃຜຈະທຽບໄດ້ກັບຜູ້ທີ່ມີກຳລັງແຕ່ໃຫ້ປັນຍາເປັນຜູ້ນຳ. ດັ່ງນັ້ນ ຄວາມເຫນືອກວ່າທີ່ແທ້ ບໍ່ແມ່ນຢູ່ທີ່ກຳລັງລ້ວນໆ ແຕ່ຢູ່ທີ່ກຳລັງທີ່ຖືກນຳພາໂດຍປັນຍາອັນຮູ້ແຍກຮູ້ຈັກ.
